i am not doing a chare back my money was scammed by some one who i met in EMF so i xchnaged siunce he has good itrader and he has scammed me i have reported the problem to alertpay if they reply me in 5-6 days then i will have hope if not no hope

Many cheaters make use of these charge back policy to cheat members money especially in money exchange services among members. It is really risky to exchange money with those people that you don't know, better exchange with famous members here.

Well, i also curious to know whether the chargeback policy is can be used for the exchange services or not, it is already long gone, I am also waiting for wanted123 to clarify whether he is able to get back money from AP or not.

i guess he have received the money already so he have not update this thread again. if he yet to receive then he may keep on updating and seek for some useful suggestion to solve this problem.

I see wanted123 has not been online on this forum for quite some times, we couldn't confirmed how the case status without him. Anyway, i have different thinking, since so many scam case online, AP may not settle each one on time, so i guess he still did not receives any feed back from AP.

yes. that's possible also and i ever heard alertpay need one month's time to check the chargeback and i think after one month's long time all the scammer money have been withdrawn or transferred to other account already.

In this case, then even with the availability of charge back policy, it is still no use to us becuase they taking too long to check the abuse case, where scammer already transfer or withdraw out the money already.

if it is transferred to different account there is a chance in in geting money back id not the alertpay team will disclose all the account with that sam ip and ban it so he cant use it any more thats what they told me

well. that's not our own experience and only heard it from others. maybe alertpay have advanced their efficent and can block that claimed ID asap now already.

it can benefit many other users who gonna get scammed by him but for us there is no benefit in locking the account atleast ap could have tried to return our money so it could benefit everyone

So, till now did you get back your money which being scammed after you make dispute to AP? What is the email reply from AP and how long they react to your case?

Hope all of you can get money back. I didn't know that AP has such function like PP. we should be more careful to exchange money with others in the future.

they both have same function but paypal function is better than ap has paypal will look into the case fast but ap takes like 4-6 months so it woudnt benefit the user much

yes. i also think Alertpay really take a long time to do this. but paypal will take action asap if we submitted such support ticket to protect our money.
