Yes the procedure is pretty simple, all you need to send is your identity proof and address proof.
But they have to centrally recognised documents and your account will be verified.
But remember one thing that you cannot accept credit card payments from any other accounts until and unless you enable them in your settings..

You can find the info here: https://www.alertpay.com/info/Fees.aspx
If you open that page, you'll be directed automatically to the country you're in now and whatever options there are below the "WITHDRAW MONEY", that's the way you can withdraw your money.

well i have received an email from them today. that my account is already verified. it took me a week i think before i get verified after submitting the requirements to them. i am quite happy to have been verified now.

well it doens't stand infront of paypal at all. it is just that paypal disallow gpt, that is why the ap processor is demanded.

Yup, I also think that AlertPay is still way below PayPal. First of all, PayPal service and support is fast. The support team answer our questions within 24 hours usually. While in AlertPay, I haven't even received any responses from them, even though I'm already verified there (so I guess it doesn't matter to them). And AlertPay doesn't provide direct withdrawal for most countries, while PayPal does. Also, PayPal has wider uses, while AlertPay is mostly used in PTC sites, HYIPs, etc.

I think the rules was just made around 2008 and it only applies country-wise, because I made my account around March-April 2008 and my account was automatically in suspended status, while a friend of mine who comes from the same country as mine, made his account around 2007 and he can still send money although he's not verified.

Do you mean whoever opened account in 2008 cannot send or receive money in AP? I haven't heard this ever before. In fact, I have also opened my account just 5 months ago, and I can do it. I wonder why your account is in suspended status. I

I also said I think it's country-wise, because it doesn't happen to everyone. But I'm not sure, because I have never seen any official announcement from AlertPay. But from what I see, it happens to people from certain countries and after 2008. I have never had any AlertPay account before, this is my first one and I made it around March 2008. So, I think my account was automatically suspended right after I made it not because I have 2 accounts (because I don't).

Well, it is easy to verify AlertPay account, indeed. I only uploaded my scanned country photo ID and my scanned credit card billing statement. And then, 2 days later, my account was already been verified. And of course we should use correct address :P

Well it was your luck that you got verified in just 2 days, they may take upto a week as well or say 2.

Well alertpay may make people feel its presence when they actually have merchants. Currently they don't have any merchants I guess.

he will surely move to paypal .

Well that is true. paypal is much far better than alertpay and why will the merchant choose alertpay when they are able to get good services from paypal.
