I also said I think it's country-wise, because it doesn't happen to everyone. But I'm not sure, because I have never seen any official announcement from AlertPay. But from what I see, it happens to people from certain countries and after 2008. I have never had any AlertPay account before, this is my first one and I made it around March 2008. So, I think my account was automatically suspended right after I made it not because I have 2 accounts (because I don't).
