it is working the same as donkeymails,the difference is the paid to promote rate is 0.65 cpm while it is 0.75 in donkey.and the ptp rate from tire 4 countries are different as well.0.2 credit per visit in no-minimum while 0.15 in donkey.
yes i know the rate here well as i am a very old member in that site but really rates never pleased me and also time waiting is too long to recieve a payment !
