if the fund is lost during a transfer there is no chance of getting back from ap and pp because it against their law and will limit nour account and in paypal hyip scammed money willl not be given back and in ap invested amoun t can be charge back that is the idfference between ap and pp

There're many peple who're are willing to invest neobux buying referrals and neobux accepts both PP and AP, that means buying referrals via AP or PP are the same to them, why not exchange with them?

Don't ever trust sites offering such services, all you should do is to make a deal with a person you personally know in the internet or a reputed member of a forum...
yes that's very risky you need to check the person whom you deal with, its better to take some extra precautions to avoid problems in the future.

Is there any online exchanger site that allow AP to paypal exchanges? I thought Paypal would never agree for such type of services, and limited those members account if they do this.

I think we can only exchanges money with the forum members, but still a lot of cheater is cheating money when we doing exchanges. It really hard to find a best way to exchange out money.

If you just need a small amount of money to be exchange then you better ask someone you know however both of you will bear the transfer fees.
