no one can be sure of that ..
there are many scammers , but i know some people who sell legit ones .

Dear nick, if you have not any credit card, now you have to need a virtual credit card, many of international companies are issued VCC. Please go for any good and reliable company for paypal verification. card444 is one of good option for get VCC, but I don't know more about this company.

I have one question, suppose if we verified our paypal with VCC, then after a few days suppose I got physical credit card from my bank, can I again verify my account with the physical credit card? Or else can I get the same vcc credit card number in my physical credit card?

When you get physical credit card, than you are able to update your Paypal account, that is no problem.

yes theirs a lot of people selling VCC online that's only a pin number code which you need to enter for verifying your paypal account, and you can only use 1 time so better if you choose legit vcc seller

I finally bought a VCC from one online site and verified my paypal account, but the bad thing is still my PP is limited so I just wasted my money by verifying account this time.
Anyway, you can find numerous sites if you Google around with which you can buy VCC for e-currencies like PP or LR. I bought for 7 LR.

that was cheap cost only $5.50 is cheaper than here in my country. here if you purchased vcc it cost $9 to $12 it depends on the seller, that's why i did not consider buying vcc here, its expensive and you just can only use it once and will expire for 3 months.

yes. using vcc to verify our paypal accounts that's against paypal's TOs. but there are still many members to use vcc because they can't get real credit card.
anyone used vcc to verify their account would be got their account be limitted if caughten by paypal. take care.

Well using real credit card is good option but getting new card is really difficult work in my country that's why prefer to use VCC but this time i am going to use EVO Debit card or pioneer card to verify my account.

then that's the only conflict, yes good idea to use debit card to verify your account, better than buying VCC, its more secure and reliable.
