How to withdraw funds from Alertpay?

I have a account in alertpay but never used, here it goes with alertpay

Use one of the following methods to withdraw funds from your AlertPay account.
Electronic Funds Transfer to our banks
Receive a direct deposit to your bank account.

Check
AlertPay will send you a check in the mail. Funds are in USD currency.

E-Currencies
e-gold
Transfer your AlertPay funds to e-gold. Funds are in USD currency.

Thanks for tips. But I want to know that if I will withdraw it by Check then they send me us currency. After that what I will do? What r the steps to convert in Indian Money.
