well not really bad. but i have read in paypal. if i am not verified i will not be able to withdraw my money. and so i verified my paypal already. this is my second paypal because i closed down the first one already.

but here in the philippines. being unverified before you can't receive payment. but not they have allowed for unverified to accept payment from other members. but as i have said we just can't withdraw it without verifying first.
