Is icashout a scam?

I spent $5 e-gold in exchange for $10 thru paypal as this site claims to pay double the amount thru paypal within 48 hours. But even after 4 days neither they have paid me $10 nor their support center has responded to my support ticket which i opened yesterday. So before i start clicking ads in icashout i want your opinion about this site whether its a scam or a legit site.

They had offered e-gold to paypal exchange till 10th of this month and the exchange offer was paying them thru e-gold and getting double the amount to our paypal account. So i paid $5 thru e-gold and still i have not been paid $10 to my paypal account. For more details click this below link.

If you can't get anything to this site as per their egold-paypal exchanges then this prove's that they are indeed a scam or is on their way of being one. Because as for their ads page, I think its still down

okay I just checked today and the surf ads page is already up and right now the offer 50 ads for premium members and 2 cents each.

hey this site is down again. dont know from past 15 days i am facing problem with this site. whenver i try to open this site says no ads currently or some kind of message will be there.

I have joined this site though. i am not very sure if they are going to pay or not,
most of the time the site is down

Ok Archy May be the site is in beta phase....That may be the reason most of the time the website is down like slashmysearch..

well i had a doubt on this site from the beginning since they were not at all paying us properly or site was not working fine
