Well if u give backlinks and get manual traffic to your site automatically u will get many peoples on your site even forum signature do trick some time i have seen many members are come from Forums.
I have done that - I have put my bogs in my signature in almost all forums and from there also I am getting traffic.
But I think this is not a pure 100% solution - the only thing we can do for more traffic is - get the site in the first position in search engine..
