I dont think it is a new paid to post forum with new pay rates.. This website just describes about many paid to post forums...Thats it...So each and every paid to post forum it discusses has a different pay rate..

well one of their PTP forums has a rate of 2 cents per post and a minimum payout of $1...plus u can make a max of 50 posts a day!

There are many other programms mentioned on this site. However, most of them have been discussed here on this forum. There are two search engines "Paid to search" However, both of them are for charity and I do not think that anyone here have tried them.
