Dear gadu, page rank is depend on traffic, if your site gain good traffic than your page rank is good, and traffic is depend mainly, content of the site, how useful for viewers. Join some social networks, forums and advertise your site.

I have the same problem, i also have got above 2000 links n still my website is nowhere near first 50 pages.
Can anyone help me on this?

One of the important factors that affect page rank is the number of back links that you are getting. Just make sure to get back links on relevant and DoFollow sites because Google gives more value on them.

as i know PR depend how many related backlink that we have for our sites..
the backlink is if people put our url to they blog..
