how do you choose keywords for your site?

well the header says it all..how do you chose them for your sites in the meta-tags so as to have a search engine friendly site..please share your views..

well if it is for bidvertiser you are blogging then go to the bids section in your bidvertiser account and see the keywords, modify your blog for those key words.

Depending upon the keyword I choose my domain. I also take the help of some keyword suggesting software which displays the relavent keyword of my site.
