Help in achieveing good ranking ??

I have submit to more than 1000 directories and I do social bookmarking for more than 50 sites per post !!!!But still there is no change in ranking..Still ranked 46

I think you must design the pages more on selective keyword basis.
Adwords will also help you to get more visits to your page.
