How can we add social bookmarking websites in our blog?For example if we need to add digg,stumbleupon in our blog .. How can we add.Do we need to submit any article in their website related to our website or we can submit any independent artcile not related to our website..Can anyone here help me how to begin with??

That is very easy to do nick....After logging into your blog using blogger.com ... Just open the layout of your blog..There you will come to know what are the things that you have added to your blog....
You can find a message there "Add and Arrange Page Elements"..
Below that you can find Navbar... And below that you can find your page elements you have added to your blog...There you can find a message "ADD A PAGE ELEMENT" ... Just click that... Then you will can find a page where you see "Choose a Page Element" ... In that you can find HTML/.Javascript element.. You click this page element and add the code in it.. After that save it.. Thats you can find buttons in your blog... For example you can find the same how i have added it to my blog below at my signature...Let me know if you have any doubts...

you got it right jagan!!the newer version of blogger is offering problems with HTML scripts actually as it supports XML and thats why we need to add HTML through the "add new page element"..if we don't modify it to XML..
