Do people really click on link in autosurfer ?

Autosurfer are those in which your site is being rotated for every limited amount of time. But they really bring visitor to our site or just the impressions.

If you buy a package of say, 1,000,000,000,000 page impressions. I'm sure there'd at least be 1,000 people who will read the stuff you have. Really depends though. Best would be advertising on private ads/adsense/bidvertiser (payperclicks). Those have a higher percentage of exposure for your site/blog.

Spending money at auto surf is simple, but from what I heard from others they are saying that not every penny you spend you get paid, one important is learn the know-how

Yes, I agree, that autosurfer is the easiest way. I myself have paid attention to adds only in cases when I have a time and they have caught my interest, otherwise , sorry, but not.

Though i have heard a lot about Autosurfer , i never tried it as i don't think it will work out for me for sure

Autosurfer bring real traffic but not useful traffic that they won't have a view on your link, so it's mainly used to cheat some paid to promote programs.

well may be they will bring some traffic and impressions but in case of googleadsense a warning will be given when we submit to such autosurf/traffic exchange sites, so its not an effective way i feel

Google adsense give a warn mainly because one increase his page rank with abnormal method like traffic exchange programs and autosurf, but if we use linkbucks instead of google adsense it will be profitable.
