do you think that sending money by telegraphic transfer is safe. what is the advantage of telegraphic transfer as compared compared to other ways of sending money world wide

i have never send and received money through telegraphic transfer but it is cheaper to send money through telegraphic transfer but it is not a very safe way of payment if you are sending money to a person for buying something and you don't know that person

Dear mustang, I think want to tell about wire transfer, used between Banks or Bank and Paypal. As I know these transfers are very secure.
