yes,your referral should be the one not from your family(i don't know why they don't allow two accounts per household)or sharing the same IP address or postal address..and you should be there customer too along with the person you refer to them..i've referred 4 people and got paid for 2 people already and waiting for the next 2 payouts..its always better to refer webmasters as they are the ones who qualify for the hosting services..other wise you can refer a newer site owner too.. i referred 1 person from India and 3 from other countries like New Zealand and US..
