Paid exclusive courses that teach you how to become rich?

I've seen many of these but I'd like to join a cheap one of around $9-$20. Does anybody know where I can find of these courses/memberships?

I'd really appreciate it.

Do they really teach us on how to become rich. How they will guide us, I mean will they provide some legitimate program ?
