Unless his parents don't need the paypal account at all, if not we are just thefting our own parents information for our own uses. Well, in some country, seniors like our parents didn't online at all, they don't know what is paypal, then it should be fine then.
in my country using parents name for our personal use don't call theft and as u told many parents don't even know what is PP and other e currency even i tell anyone i am earning from Internet they ask me how :wink: so if we are facing any problem with our account can use patents or relative information i am thinking to use this kind of for my new pp account.
