Is that Paypal credit card can be used as normal credit card which are issued by banks? If that CC can only be used by the US citizen, it is not worthwhile to discuss it internationallly. Hope it can be issued and used by all the people in near future.

well. even paypal itself as a payment processor is still yet to expand on every country till now. paypal may take long time to issue paypal CC on other countries .

Paypal Debit card itself is not available world wide as it is restricted to U.S and U.K fro now and maybe it will take more time for Paypal Debit card introduction
