I dont think that the card you are saying is issued by mastercard.It may be issued by paypal.

It is issued by paypal. I think it is being offered internationally because I have an option to get one and I'm not a U.S. resident. I haven't tried it though so I'm not 100% sure.

PayPal Credit Card are only issued to U.S Members, As you are a Indian, Unfortunately, your account is not eligible for a PayPal Credit Card...

i guess just like another bank's credit card but shows paypal on it..
if i do not remember wrong that i heard UK also issued such credit card already.

Is that Paypal credit card can be used as normal credit card which are issued by banks? If that CC can only be used by the US citizen, it is not worthwhile to discuss it internationallly. Hope it can be issued and used by all the people in near future.

well. even paypal itself as a payment processor is still yet to expand on every country till now. paypal may take long time to issue paypal CC on other countries .

yes,PayPlus MasterCard membership s will be free at the first year and be only $4.95 per year,that sounds good.the most important things is that it will be automatically link to paypal account.

The concept of Paypal Credit Card is really good. We don't have to transfer money to our bank account in order to spend. We would just use the paypal cc provided it is accepted commercially. We all are waiting for this CC to be introduced in our country.

Difference between payapl debit card and paypal credit card is if you use debit card to purchase something your transaction will be against your paypal account.Money will be immediately detected from your paypal account and as for credit card you can pay through visa,mastercard,american express etc.
