Why e-gold accounts are blocked?

I have been trying to invest in one hyip for the last 2 days but unable to deposit the amount as i get the message 'e-gold funds are blocked'. This problem i have encountered in many sites long back. So what could be the reason for e-gold getting blocked. E-gold says that there are not responsible for the accounts getting blocked. So what cud be the reason any explanation?

Either I guess they are not accepting any e-gold account.

hey this happens to me too many a times. the account says it is blocked and does not allow me to login for some days even weeks sometimes. later it gets fine and works normal.

well i don't know why they do that i only know that they blick hyip admins accounts..
but my account get blocked after i get hacked i don't know why but i started a new account!
