Are the screen shots of payments genuine?
I saw the other day in a website screen shots of 100s of dollars of a member paid thru e-gold. I wonder do these sites which claim to pay 100s of $$$ for reading just one email actually pay or are these screen shots all bogus and can be fabricated?

That's an obvious scam. $100 for an email? Please.
Don't sign-up for this as the screenshots you saw were obviously fake. As for screenshots in general, some are true, some are false. Do a little research and you'll discover who to trust.
Good luck

ya i know its fake.. but then a question arises how then people can trust these screen shots and join any site for that matter. Like tomorrow i will show u a screen shot of some site and ask u to join as my referral. How will u distinguish between a genuine and a fake proof of payment?

The best would be not to trust photos at all. Just go and research on the site through google using search phrases (ex. sitename scam, sitename ripoff report, etc.)
You could also see if the site has a thread in their forums about payment proofs. If there are a ton of members posting their payments there (around 100+), more or less the site is safe. But you can never be too sure...

when you start thinking that 100$ per email can not be possible then you should go with your mind..as no one is sitting with free money to offer for just one email
..i trust only those sites where i am getting paid or my firends are getting paid(my screenshots are generated through my snapshot tool from my paypal account i don't know how to make fake ones
)..i never go for sites where there is too much bones to be true..
i believe in slow and constant earning rather going for fast cash of hundreds of dollars in a day..damn..its the real world we are facing and everyone needs money but thats not offered to that much extent..

We cannot afford to entirely relay on payment proof and just try to join any programme. It is true that there are many scams but you cna take an opinion about the site from some senior members on the forum like this. I think that this is the safest way.

well the best option is to get multiple proofs from diff sources if the program seems suspicious

Well obviously payments proofs are made for showing that certain site is legit but you cannot fully depend on them. You should have a sense of observing the payment proof thoroughly and look that the proof is not generated by editing and stuff.
