if suppose i posted 1 post at 8am n the second at 9am frm which the time interval starts....?

n if i missed the two hrs gap by few min....
n i posted 1(though it doesnt earn me anythng)......
does the 2 hr time interval start again frm beginnin...
or i cn post aft the few min time period is over....n it gets counted in the earning...??
