well, if I don't verify my paypal account once I send money via paypal for more than $500, I will not send money to...

as far as i know,its the same as verify using the real CC.
when u purchase a VCC somewhere in the internet,the seller should provide u the VCC info ( card no,expiring date...) and u just fill them...

it is not hard to verify it if you have credit card, if you don't have it, you can try VCC, I am not sure whether it is hard or not, but there are so many people get verified via this.
