I think you can use smithbux also, its payout was $2 but may be now $5, actually i m not active in those ptc sites.

I'm also new to perfectbux, but I joined there only after I saw some payment proofs from mylot members who posted their proofs during "earn extra money" category of mylot discussions.
I'm also not sure whether it is 0.01 or 0.02 for per ads.

I think this thread will be more informative if we provide rate per click for all sites which have less than 1 cent.
for e.g. tumoney rate is just 0.008$ per click.

Please remove "247bux.com", "traffic2coins.com" from the list, as I've confirmed these two sites are scams.
I'm almost halfway of my minimum payout in these two sites, but now I'm going to stay away from them. I don't want to waste my time any more there.

Have you got some updates? ThinkBux is definitely a scam which tries to hang on a little bit longer. DingoBux has a lot of complains and CrewBux? I don't even want to talk about it.
