Well Can it be possible by the forum owner
actually i am not getting your question, is you are saying they can scam or hack ur site , anybody can do that, but i donot keep any money in my account.
I am talking about the forum owner paying you through paypal some XYZ $ and they scam you on the same paypal account because they have your id and they have sent you the money. Maybe possible.Quote:

I don't think it's a easy task to do if any one wishes to do thing like this.
maybe some people can do this.but if this happens then it is just a bad luck to you cos it wont happen generally..
I think hackers can hack any account in amytime , it may be 4 bad or maybe 4 good reason.

Well hackers are capable of doing anything.
Of you have not heard there are hacking / phising mails sent to you in the paypal which tell you that you have won a prize or there has been some update problem and they require your details to correct it. And when you click on the link they have given you will be directed to the page which they have created and once you enter your details thats all you have given them the official access to your account ;)
Hehe that was just easy for hacker.... however it clearly mentioned in by Paypal that they don't sent any mails but still some members are not aware of that.Quote:

That is what is the problem nick. Paypal does send in e mails. I there is a transaction from a debit card or a new user they send you confirmation e mails and when you click on they ask for your password for confirmation. There is a way to recognise these e mails. When you move your mouse over the link you will clearly see www.paypal.com/so...on like that but phising e mails ar different, they will not have the original domain name that is how it can be recognised :)Quote:

So, if you just click the link given on pishing mail, it's still okay.
Your acount will be hacked only if you fill your paypal id and password on that pishing site.
Anyway, try to give false information on pishing mail, and they still say that our account confirmed :D
yes you are right , i saw some paypal mail coming and if u open also the main paypal page they always warn us abt this.
Well usually webmasters won't scam you because most forum owners are here to make good business and not scam people.
That is what i am going to say most of Forum owners are interested to make good money not SCAM their members and they want much more money not that small amount after Hacking anybody account anyway hackers hacks most of account for making Black money and they make new idea's to hack every time and Phishing mail is one part of that.. i guess Paypal most of hacks Paypal only...Quote:

Forum owner provide full information when they start new site and provide necessary documents also their is no chance to they people scam Members for a such small amount we have in our account they want Big money that's why they start Forum after spending lot's of money...
If our paypal account is hacked by any forum-owner, is there any possibility to know who has hacked it? If yes, it would not be possible for that forum to run any more after that. There is another thing, is it possbile to hack one's paypal account without knowing his/her password?
Well hacker can't hack account without email id and Password so they create phising email send to peoples and ask for user name and password and most of times peoples give this information or some peoples create duplicate site same as paypal and give redirected website and peoples enter their user name password their so that's it.. so automatically your account hacked.......Quote:

Only the new users can fall prey to those phising mails, paypal is repeatedly warning the people to not reply any mail or enquiry from anybody. . So it is totally the users' responsibility.
Yup that's right only newbie fall in Phishing mails because they don't have proper knowledge and don't check link many time and put their user name and password on site that's it they got hack from hackers..Quote:

Well a hacker cannot get into your account untill he knows your username as well as password or unless he hacks into the paypal database itself. And paypal can find out who has hacked into their systems but I doubt that they will tell you who the hacker is. They will solve the matter internally.Quote:
