hello, i have 2 paypal account, one is okay, but another one have limited account status, i have try send them my bills, credit card, and my id card.
but they still limited my account.
as you know, limited account can't receive money and spend money.
it is same like frozen account.
You are from which country ?? Try to be a verified user by credit card then you don't have many limitation or otherwise have a premium account.Quote:

its not sure about this,but i heard paypal rarely lift the limit once they drop the limit on accounts,unless its special situation.
so i think u need to wait for 180 days,and the limit will automatically be lifted.
why would they lower or drop the limit if you have not done nothing wrong. if you have used vcc instead a credit card then you will have limit. but if you do according to paypal rules you will not have that/Quote:

to alec11 : have u done anything wrong on the first place? like having two personal account. If u have violated their TOS, then u would not be able to unlimit your account without waiting for 180 days.
Well when my account got limited, they asked to submit documents regarding the address proof and CC monthly statement. When I submitted the required documents they initially said that the CC statement was not valid but the next day I received their mail claiming that my account is restored successfully.
Well it took me a month for removing the limitation because I was waiting for the CC statement to arrive.
Dear Alec, you need only one Paypal account in one computer, every computer have own IP address, and your IP is recorded in Paypal server.
For your information Paypal have secure server(HTTPS).

For photo id send them your license or passport.

Well friends, my paypal account was limited because of some reason so I thought once I verifiy my account with VCC they would lift my limitation. And I just today verified my account with the VCC, but still they keep my account limited and I can't receive or send money. May I know what else shall I do to lift the limitation? Even I sent my address proof but it's of no use. I really hate paypal.
well if your account gets limited i think verifying it is the only solution
anyways you also try contacting the customer support and give necessary documents to lift your limit

Well, I sent my license for photo id proof, and my bank passbook for address proof, but I got an email they cannot lift the limitation with these proofs and they want more documents. I really don't have any more documents except college certificates. I don't have even any utility bills in my name. I don't understand now what else I can do to lift the limitation. Maybe now I have to forget about paypal, and just use other processors.Quote:

In which it clearly states that if you are not able to provide proper info then the limit will be for 180 days and then it will be restored. But in case they decide to close your account then they will send you a check of the funds that are available on your account. :)
Well I guess they lift the limit to withdraw the money after 180 days and doesn't restore it. Although I am not sure about this.Quote:
