I want to know if i can earn from a blog and my free website or not ?
who can pay me for that blog or website ?
can i earn if my website is free or i should buy a website in order to earn ?

Yes, you can earn from a totally free blog..in fact my first google check came from two blogs on blogspot which cost me nothing. You just need good content and traffic and of course a publisher's account.

I have used google adsense, pay per post, blogvertise and paid posting or reviews of fellow bloggers on my blog to earn for the first time..nothing else. I have always used paypal as a payment processor. Hope it helps.

usually, they pay you via check, not using any payment processors.
try to learn earn money from your blog by visiting some tutorial site like problogger.

google adsense,bidvertiser are some options to make money,and other thing which surely makes lot of money is by writing sponsored posts.
Yes, you can definitely earn with a free blog just as long as you have enough traffic. You can start off with writing good contents for your blog.
@Nick - What programs pay per impression ? I've heard about this but haven't found any programs that offer it.
And at the same time hen can one sell their text links for other people ?

Pay per impression are those ads, when visitors of your blog/website just see them, will earn money for you. Pay per click ads will earn money when visitors would click on them.

Dear moustafa, many way to earn from your blog, but most of free hosting sites are not allowed other ads.
I think you need to learn about affiliate marketing. You can make money from linkshare and clickbank affiliate, Join them and put their ads on your blog.
You right. I prefer to post a lot in my blog and making friends with other, so when we joining an affiliate program or put an ads in our blog our traffic will already high :P
