you can earn as much as you want.The equation is simple more traffic=more page views=more money.They pay at end of every month when you make 10$ min

Yes, they really pay well and people who are good at writing reviews (original ones) or writing about any thing so as to create a nice lens ,can really earn even 4-5$ every day..some old squidoo members earn as much as 100-150$ per month from their single lenses..
