I think they give permission to every top level domain owners. One of my friend applied for their site. And she got approved because she had a .com domain.Quote:

No. They don't need high traffic site. If you have set up a site then you can apply to them and get approved.Quote:

Only good sites with more visitors will be accepted by them and i don't think all sites or blogs will be accepted and one more thing is international members can't earn much i guess
Well what i know if you have a .com domain then your site will get accepted. They don't need much of a visitor. This is what one of my friend said who has been using it.
so that do not suit my site also. my site is pretty new and need more traffic and contents too. anyone paid by this one?
Looks like the site has been closed. I just visited the site. A per the information mentioned there the site owner has no content on the site.
Guys This Site is non paying one..So please don't trust it..
