Well the best sites are shareapic and sharedimages. Earning will be pretty slow but one thing you should know how to promote your galleries which many people fail to do it. Thats how this kind of sites goes

Dear nick, I heard a site , cameradollars.com, they also pay for upload pictures from your digital camera. I don't know more about this sites, so please check the site. This site's alexa rank is 127762.
