Dude, LR is completely different from paypal. You can only sell your LR for wire transfer or bank transfer with online exchangers. No one in the world can withdraw LR like paypal. Since my PP is limited, I don't have any other option except to use LR. I can sell LR for Indian rupees with some forum members.

yes. here we also exchange or sell our LR to others online.

Generally i do exchange with one person only for my LR and some time peoples offer direct bank deposit against LR so i don't even need to withdraw though PP and convert it.

There are no sites which provide you this service. You can exchange with any forum members or with me if you want.

One should be really careful in exchanging Paypal i guess as i heard that they might even delete your account if they come to know this

Well PP put limitation if they cough doing exchange and if we don't provide valid reason they might freeze our account and and return that amount to sender once again or block both account.

well it is better to do with sending invoice and give reason some thing like web development or any thing like that otherwise it will be a risk i already faced problem.

Paypal won't delete our account but they will limit our account to temporally stopped any future transaction there. If we can provides some proof that this is for some sort of real transaction(business) , then they will only unblock our account. If not those money will ge hold for 180days before you have a choice to get back your money or totally they won't return to you.

both person need to give same reason and thread link if they have got cough if their any difference PP will not remove limitation and they will prove this money has been come from exchange.

well yes.. just inform your sender what reason he has to give and you also have to give the same reason. then only they are going to approve it.
