35$ is lot of amount i guess and for those countries people should prefer alert pay then because 20$ difference is too much and you can save a lot by using alertpay.Quote:

well, if you compare the differnt charging rates from paypal site, you will find out that each country having different rates fo withdrawal, I don't think this is set by paypal. I guess it is most probrably set by those country government rules that incurred some fees / tax on it.Quote:
