With maximum 20 posts per day it shouldn't be hard reaching the payout by any means ...!
You can atleast referrer a single member and get paid 250 GC for that. By doing that you have only 550 more to get that would be easier :)

The admin sends a PM informing their members that if you have a verified paypal account you can earn an extra dolalr by sending 1$ to the admin's account. This dollar will be returned to you during the payment along with another dollar ;)
