well i can't guarantee ,infact no body can about the nature of emails ,i can give you email ids of different countries alphabetically arranged.And my charge is $10 for 10000 emails.

Can you pl elaborate but if you need emails of any professions like what Satyakam said then i think it is very difficult ,may be it can cost you more money like hundreds of dollar.

Can anybody give me some tips that how to add html banner in the email while sending some site name to those email holders, I think if we can send some banner it would be more effective.

Hmm i think email marketing is the wrong way to make much money out of it..

well. since you bought those email account and how could you check whether those email account is active or not?
i don't know there are ways to check this.
