i failed to verify my ap account with my proof of documentes due to my name has different from my proof with the Ap accoiunt. And i couldn't change the AP name. Last time when i create the ap account, i didn't put my real name to register, now how can i verfiy my account?
i'm afraid you can't verify it if the name can't meet. if you just typed your given name wrongly i guess you can ask alertpay to revise it for you. or you need to create another one and close this currently one.
But i have funds inside my existing account, and also my name different is just for my christian name and my real name is different. So, can this still ok? If AP need me to supply proof, i really how to proof that i am having this christian name?Quote:

i also created my alertpay account on last year but once my account registered. i only have the right to receive money and can't withdraw or send at all. ok. i will contact you if i have such needs.
Actually my name registered with my christian name is not totally different. For example, my name here kiatsiang, then with my chistian kelvin infront of my name, so the full name is kelvin kiatsiang, which is differnt with AP registered name kiatsiang only. I don't know AP can accepts this type of changes or not.Quote:

No, it is not the problems arise by the account. Even when i am still having unverified AP account, i couldn't do anything with the acount except receiving funds. So, in order to use the full function of my AP accont, i have to force myself verify the account. I think they have different policies to different country members.Quote:

Mee too, also having the same unfair treat by AP, i also have to force myself to verify my account in order to use the AP. but then when i register my AP long ago, which the name for the account i used is different with my documents account, so, i couldn't get verified too.
