You will not get credit card like you are saying my friend.At least it is not possible in india.
@microsoft
Just now I confirmed we(Indians) can get a credit card from Axis bank if we have a minimum balance of Rs. 10,000 and 6 months old account. Plus we should carry lots of transactions during this 6 months. This requirements are more easier to fulfill than the Rs. 1 lakh kind of requirements in other banks.
Is it possible for me to have a Credit card bank where I have Consulted is Asking for Payslip proof or ITR info to apply for a credit card.... So I think Getting a crediut card is not a easy job....Quote:

otherwise, nationalized banks credit cards are much safer than going for a private bank like AXIS
Nowdays, there is no difference between the nationalised bank and pvt banks, as far as risk in concerned. If those credit cards are visa verified, then all are same, at least what I think.Quote:

Lemon are You Sure about it because I already have a Axis Bank account with minimum balance of Rs.5000/-, and if they Produce a Credit card for maintaining Rs.10,000 then it won't be a hard matter for me....Then I will Go for ItQuote:

When I gone to apply for a credit card, the transaction criteria is not said to me. Anyway, I have decided to apply for it now though I have not a veri high amount of transaction there. Let's see what's their reaction would be.
I'm ready to Deposit Rs.10,000/- as minimum balance , and I could do a monthly transaction at least Rs.10,000/-, can with this reason I could get a credit card of Any Bank in INDIA.
