new PTC $.50 payout

Yeah when a PTC is willing to pay through paypal then it is bound to be a scam.

Dear newtonmn, the PTC site looks good, also minimum payout is very low and very easy to reach. But they pay or not, I don't know. I will join this sure.

i was just gonna register there if haven't seen replies of being it a scam.
