Paypal Exchange Rate !!!

I have recently converted from USD to INR and their rate for conversion at present is 1 USD = 47 INR, they are deducting Rs. 2/dollar.

that meanse if you earn 10$, then you'll get Rs. 20 rupee less? Is it paypal's conversion rate or they are deducting the service charge?

Well it is their conversion rate. they allow you for the conversion only when you request withdrawal, they charge extra 50 INR for withdrawal to your bank account.

then it is not worthwhile to first convert 2$ through paypal and then asking them to send the money to my bankaccount. Some forums has minimum payout of around $2.

Well there is a minimum withdrawal limit present, i.e, $10. Can you share the forums which gives minimum payout of $2?
