i have a friend who needs AP for PP.
but you should provide how you got the AP and is it verified.

i have many exchanges in EMP.more than 17+ lol

there is no online exchanging sites for paypal but still you can find many people selling paypal.

Well their was online exchanger are availble but currently their is no one willing to do it so you can exchange with Members only !

Well it is simply against paypal terms to do an online exchange and so paypal won't allow any online exchanging site obviously.

Yup correct but i have heard their were some site offer exchange 5-6 years ago but now PP become really strict and if they found member have done exchange from any other e currency to PP then they Blocked his account !

well. seems most exchangers provide the exchange under a high fee to 20% or 25%, and they have the minimum exchange amount, if i in your position i will put it there to wait more money.

Well that is correct exchanger charge high fees for AP to PP exchange because of AP dollar don't have that much value plus we can't use it as we use LR and PP.... but if we search around we might get and good exchanger who will charge little fees.....

Well finding AP exchanger is bit difficult work we need to wait for more time than expected but need to search exchanger ever time on high traffic forum i have done exchange many time and i have got exchanger within 2 days time.

Well i use Goldage, EMF and EMP forum for seeking exchanger but most of time i get interested one in my YM list so no need to find every time....

lol i have good friends network and i ask to my friends in YM is anyone need AP and can give PP or LR and that's why i don't need to search exchanger from few days........

Read the Pay Pal TOS and it actually doesn't support exchanging money from one processor to Pay Pal and by trying to do this , you may face account termination of Pay Pal and so be careful

well. think the value of alertpay is same around paypal. you can withdraw your balance there via check or to your bank if they allowed this in your country.

well the only way you can go is for exchange with other trusted person
if not invest in neobux, rent referrals, you will get the same amount, not much profit

this is a good way to exchange alertpay to paypal really. also i think rent referral on neobux can't gain much profit. maybe even can't earn the whole amount back. but for the exchang only. it's worth to have try. :D
