Oh...this is a huge offer and i didn't even know this and more over bluehost is a very reputed company and this can be considered by anyone

Well, to earn $65-90, I believe our referral must buy some hosting plan at first, not just registering under us and not buy their hosting plan.
And reputed company like bluehost not offering web hosting for cheap

Yes, definitely or else anyone can just register to get that referral bonus and maybe the referral will have to buy hosting plan worth much more than $100 i guess

Yes I too wonder how could they pay so much when their most of the plans cost less than $60. I can see in their site that this offer still exists, but they pay only if you advertise via your website or blog. You cannot put it in forums because they have mentioned they will give you referral link after they verify our websites our blogs where we want to promote their site.
