Yes, it is true. Initially, NE admin treat ECUex as a partner in their site, and go exchanges money with them, but then ECUex never pay. Even Lemon also been scammed $14 from them. Now officially Ecuex is being declares as scammer, and also evowallet site has taken down their list of exchanger.Quote:
