I don't know about Page Rank but having both of those links advertised will cut your rankings in 2...
In one ranking site, Digg is split into 2. www.digg.com and http://digg.com. This is because they advertised their site as 2 urls which weakened its ranking...
So if you own the same digg site which one you go for advertisements???
