How do you know if freelancers can be trusted?
There are obviously some noobish freelancers out there who will simply plaigarize (copy and paste some article from a website) articles and submit to you. How do you know if you're not being tricked? Sure, you can search the article he submitted to you... but what if you signed up for 500+ articles or if you already paid for the service? How do you find out before paying that your freelancer can be trusted?

I have already getafreelancer and freelanceindia.. i have bidded the minimum qouted for the project ... even then i could not get any project nor i didnt get any reponse from them.. is there any terms and conditions that we need to adopt in prior for bidding them....
