how good is web CEO for newbies?

i have read about this software which claims to be doing the same benefits for doing search engine optimization for free as any other paid program..is that possible?has anyone tried it?i have registered there and i am getting 2 mails everyday from them(with their female web CEO sending me mails) in which they offer everyday a new offer to upgrade my account there..well i know i am not going to do that coz first i don't know about them and secondly i still don't have a website..ok..can someone tell me are they genuine?

I have not upgraded web CEO yogesh, as I wasn't sure about its performance..but instead I have purchased few of the blog submitters and till now they are working just fine..It wasn't a waste of money I guess, coz It raised my PR by 2 points in these 2 months..But yes, now I won't be purchasing any of them, as I don't need them now.. :)

Good to see you that your blog PR increased but I wanna know what are blog submitters how it works and which submitters do you use ?? :roll:
