moratraffic paid me:-)

hello friends,i joined mora when i was in california and clicked on their ads and mails for like full one month but when i returned to India..i stopped using them coz they don't allow India..so i thought they will never pay me although my sign-up was from US..i contacted the admin about it and he replied me in 3 days saying that i'll surely be paid coz my sign-up IP and offer IPs were from US..so he has paid me for my september participation..below is the payment proof..but please suggest me should i promote it on my blog as now i am in India and when my fellow countrymen will be visiting my blog i don't want to let them down if they try joining under mora and become unsuccessful..please guide me..thanks..
