is web designing your hobby. how often do you design websites and how many softwares are you using for desining websites. how much time do you spend on web designing
i was not into web designing and was only doing designing offline..like painting and similar stuff..but when i got into all this i developed an interest for that also as its also a part and branch of art..now i am learning it and still not an expert..i spend around 2-4 hours on weekends for designing tutorials and practice..
well i am not into web designing professionally.
But i have designed 2 websites as my college projects only.
i think that web designing is a very great hobby. i have no knowledge of it but i think if i will have the time to learn that i am going to do that.
I have started doing web designing..but still I haven't made my portfolio..because Its more like a hobby, than a job for me..may be in future I'll be making a portfolio too..
Well still in the learning the webdesign and all.
I used to design websites as a hobby. But earning money out of it proves to be something a little difficult for me.... :)
Still in the learning stage, never tried it personally.
what do you mean by porfolio anyways. cause me i am just starting familiaring myself with html. i will try to learn more so that i will learn to do web design myself too.Quote:

I spend hours on web design when Im on the mood. lol, But I haven't ventured for this as an earning possibility.
wow, thanks for explaining. so portfolio is like a collection of your websites. i think i will start with designing my first websites. i surely spend my time here on this site cause i really want to learn all about designing wesites.
yes, its like a screencap of the websites you have designed and also other graphics that you have made. Some portfolio's is presented on a clear book. where its like a photo album, that all the pictures of your work is there.
i learnt dreamweaver before and started design some html files but i am not good at that
and now i have bought a site and i feel it is very well
the site is in my signature
i hope you can have a look
thanks
web designing is my responsibility rather than my hobby. I am in charge of my club's website. Well,im not professional in it,just an amateur in it and only use Microsoft Publisher.
I haven't used Microsoft Publisher, I wonder if it's much easier. I only use Dreamweaver or HTMLpad or I start from scratch on notepad.
Even I haven't tried microsoft publisher but have used frontpage and yes, even for me notepad works the best for trial coding..dreamweaver has an advantage of correcting our codes if wrong anywhere..so, fo novice dreamweaver is a much better option than notepad..otherwise both are equally good. :)
Web designing is really not a hobby for me i do it beacuse i need money and thats a way to make it, thats why i do it
Web designing is my hobby as well as my profession and its my bread and butter and living on it only.Quote:

I am in the process of learning web designing if you are good and make variety in that then you can take it as a profession and with that hobby also.
