Thinking to launch my personal web sites and they require not so much resources:
10GB space
100Gb bandwidth
Linux
I have found Newhost.ro - it has servers in Romania. Their hosting solutions can be suitable for me.
What will be better, VPS or shared hosting account?
can i use their services?

You will have more privileges with VPS, but it costs more than shared account.
The company has nice reputation, so I think that you will have a good run dealing with them.
I suppose that it will be a good idea to contact them directly and get all the things cleared with their customer support.. good luck.

Make sure the host has the payment option your looking for. I don't even think twice about a host that doesn't accept paypal.
